Image Editor

The Image Editor is designed for the post-capture editing:

Image Editor

The Image Editor is a tabbed dialog with access to the following pages:
Brightness Brightness/Contrast adjustment.
Colors Color adjustment.
Gamma Gamma correction.
Rotate Rotation.
Effects Various effects.
User Filter User-defined filter.

Image Editor has the preview area that shows the source and result images.
To edit the image alter the Property Page parameters. The Result Image displays the result of editing.
Generally each page has its own copy of image and doesn't inherit the previous changes.
To combine the effects of several pages press the Copy button before switching the page. The Copy button sets Source Image = Result Image.

To apply changes to the image located into the working area press OK button. If you don't want to apply changes, press Cancel button.
Note: You can cancel all the changes made by the Undo command, even after the OK button was pressed. Mr. Captor supports only one level of Undo.

You can also select a region of image and apply changes only to that region.
To select a region be sure the Enable/Disble Selection button is checked.
Press the left mouse button and drag the mouse. Release the left mouse button when finished:

Selection

Use the mouse or arrow keys to change the size and position of selected area.
To clear the selection simply uncheck Enable/Disble Selection button.

Note: If the region is selected, E-mail, Image Editor and External Editor commands affect only the selected region.

If you need more capabilities use an External Image Editor.
