Fixed Region Capture

Fixed region is a region of predefined size.
This feature is useful for capture of many images that have the same size.

To capture a region of fixed-size:
  1. Click Fixed Region button on the Capture Bar or click the Capture | Fixed Region menu item.
  2. Press the left mouse button inside the fixed frame, move and place it over a region to capture.
  3. Finally execute the Grab now context menu command to grab the image or Cancel to cancel operation.

The alternative keyboard approach is:
  • <Capture fixed region> hotkey - Start capture
  • <Return> - Grab image
  • <Esc> - Cancel operation

To change the size of region execute the Options... context menu command and set a new size in the Options dialog box.
A size of region is defined on Options | Preferences | Main page.

Note: you can change the position of fixed region but can't change its size.
