Sending as E-mail
To send the image as the E-mail attachement click
button on the Toolbar or use the Send as E-mail menu command.
Mr. Captor can use both MAPI and SMTP. Click the
Use MAPI for mail sending on Options | Preferences | Other page
to switch the mode.
The dialog for SMTP-mode has the following view:

Select how you wish to attach the image.
You can attach the image as BMP, GIF, JPEG and PNG.

| Use authorization |
If checked, the mail client uses authorization to connect to SMTP server.
Consult your administrator about the server's settings.

Enter the values and press OK button to send the message or
Cancel button to cancel sending.
Each new message is sent in the separate thread so you can send the several
messages simultaneously and continue your work immediately after the
OK button was clicked.
If you prefer to use the MAPI mode your system should have the MS-MAIL installed.
In this case you will see the MAPI dialog box instead of built-in one.
| Note: |
For both MAPI and SMTP modes the program uses current settings
for the selected graphical format. For example, if the
loaded GIF image has a transparent color and settings for
GIF don't specify a transparency, the image will be sent as
non transparent one.
By another words: the image will be converted according to the
current settings. Be careful.
Use the Savings button to change the current settings if needed.
